Return Policy
General
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are special or hygienic products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products
- We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Please do not send your purchased product back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record.
- Any item that is not in its original condition is a damaged or missing part for reasons not caused by our fault.
- Any item returned 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a given day.
Late or incomplete refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is sent.
If you have not yet received your refund after doing all this, please contact us at {email address}.
Only regular priced items can be returned. Discounted products cannot be returned.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you when the returned item is received.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to give it to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver learns of your return.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your replacement product may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
